Covet London Design Apartment Opens in the Heart of London
November 2, at 10 am
Covet Lounge interior design project presents the official opening of the Covet London design apartment (1 Regal House, Lensbury Avenue in Fulham). The event will take place on the November 2, at 10 am.
Staffan Tolgard, Fiona Barratt, Kelly Hoppen and David Collins are some of the renowned interior designers who will attend to the big opening and have the opportunity to appreciate the stunning luxury furniture pieces, now on display in London in a unique, elegant and welcoming space.
In the heart of Chelsea’s design community, Covet London will be more than a showroom: it is a celebration of design, a home where the visitors can spend a pleasant time enjoying the sophistication of exclusive designs. The space gathers the novelties and iconic pieces from five worldwide recognized furniture brands: Boca do Lobo, DelightFULL, Koket, Brabbu and Maison Valentina, as well as their international partners like Champagne Jean Charle, Castel Bel and Vista Alegre.
The big opening will begin with a press breakfast at 10 am, when the invited journalists have the opportunity to talk with the designers and the brand’s CEOs, and discover the original stories behind the luxury pieces.
Around 12 pm, a lunch will be served to the oldest and dearest clients invited, and at 6pm, the cocktail party will warm up the evening with special drinks made with Porto Wine – from the city where all the pieces are passionately handmade.
The Symphony Sideboard, from Boca do Lobo, is one of the most expected stars of the apartment. The first edition was just sold in a Christie’s Auction, and another exemplary was part of the Fifty Shades of Grey movie set, meeting Mr. Grey’s exuberant taste.
The Monocle sideboard is one of the novelties from DelightFULL, the imaginative lighting brand that is now expanding to the furniture world.
Koket, the feminine and sensual brand of the Covet Lounge project, will also be featured, through luxury side tables, consoles and sconces. The bold and daring Chandra Chair will certainly impress the visitors, with its provocative lines and the noble materials which compose it.
Another inspiring surprise comes from Brabbu: the KOY side table, with its Japanese influences that give an exotic touch to any contemporary setting.
The apartment represents the best of Portuguese design, and it is the first time the carefully selected curated brands have their own space in London.
