Based London Interior Designer, Ilse Crawford is a truly creative director with a simple mission to put human needs and desires at the centre of all that she does. She is the founder of Studioilse and together with their team, they are known for creating environments where humans feel comfortable; public spaces that make people feel at home and homes that are habitable and make sense for the people who live in them.
Rose Uniacke is an interior designer, a designer of furniture and lighting – for individual clients as well as for her showroom – and a dealer in both antiques and pieces by other, usually well known, designers. Currently married to David Heyman, the producer of the Harry Potter films, Rose became known to a wider public after taking over the decorating job of Beckham’s house previously given to Kelly Hoppen.
House of Hackney
Today, House of Hackney has evolved into a successful British-made brand incorporating interiors, fashion and lifestyle divisions. House of Hackney has achieved cult status amongst its loyal customer-base of tastemakers , celebrities and interior designers and has become the British brand to go to for its iconic printed collections.
Ben Pentreath and Charlie McCormick
Ben Pentreath’s architectural and interior design studio has established a powerful reputation across a variety of disciplines. From master-planning and urban development to private houses and playful interiors, the team works to create the best for a decor– whatever the scale, size, scope and budget of a project. The office is known for creating a distinctive and playful style – that draws inspiration in equal measure from the great English practitioners of the 1960s and 70s, and from historical interiors of every period, but all infused with a fresh modern sensibility. Ben combines a strong use of colour, pattern and classical detail with bold contemporary fabric and furniture everything to create a comforting and luxurious interior design project.
Assemble is a multi-disciplinary collective working across architecture, design and art. Founded in 2010 to undertake a single self-built project, Assemble has since delivered a diverse and award-winning body of work, whilst retaining a democratic and co-operative working method that enables built, social and research-based work at a variety of scales, both making things and making things happen.
Campbell-Rey is a design partnership and creative consultancy founded by Duncan Campbell and Charlotte Rey.Working fluently across the fields of design, interiors and creative direction, their practice is united by a grounding in culture, a sense of irreverence and a playful, elegant aesthetic.
Barber & Osgerby
Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby founded their eponymous studio in 1996 after graduating with Master’s degrees in Architecture from The Royal College of Art in London. From their first studio in Trellick Tower in London, they designed their first piece, the Loop Table, produced by Isokon in 1997. heir work is held in permanent collections around the world including the V&A Museum, London; New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art; London’s Design Museum; and the Art Institute of Chicago. Alongside their eponymous studio, in 2001 Barber and Osgerby founded Universal Design Studio, now recognised as one of the world’s most innovative creative design consultancies working in architecture, interiors and exhibition design.
Sophie Hicks became a chartered architect in 1994, prior to which she worked in fashion: as a stylist for Vogue Magazine; and for the legendary designer, Azzedine Alaia. She leads a practice with extensive experience in both the fashion retail and private residential sectors. A clear conceptual as well as practical thinker, with an instinct for the zeitgeist, she is especially strong on design.
